In 2013 I had no job and a degree in Journalism. In 2016 I was the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Los Angeles Lakers.
I accomplished this in one way. I went all in on education.
I sought out the best classes and did everything I could to cram every last drop of value into my brain.
Like most coaches/trainers, I had a big dream when I first got certified. I wanted to make a lot of money and work at the highest level possible.
Take a second to think about these questions...
What is your big dream?
What level of action must you take to make that dream come true?
Are you taking that level of action?
If you aren't, what are the consequences of not taking action?
What will your life be like in 5 years if you consistently do not take action? 10 years? 20 years?
I've made it easy for you. I've taken hundreds of classes, books and experience and put together a course that will give you the keys to your dream.
What would happen if you consistently take the necessary action? What would your life be like in 5 years? 10 years? 20 years?
Committing to education means becoming an expert problem solver in the gym. Nothing phases you because you have the answers.
Committing to education means becoming recognized by your peers as a definite leader in this industry. Someone who is changing this world for the better and serving as a role model for others.
Committing to education means earning more money! What would your life be like if you made more money? Is it worth a small investment in your education for a huge payday in the future? After all, the only way to increase the value you get is by increasing the value that you give.
And lastly, committing to education means being proud of what you do and who you are. This is the single biggest driving force in my life. Every day, in every conversation, I want to be proud of who I am. I just cannot accept anything less. It drives every decision I make.
Education has taken me from no job and no knowledge to a globally recognized leader in exercise science. What will it do for you?
What will you commit to?
